1. Applicants must be over the age of 18, with a valid Driver’s License or picture   ID.  Each occupant over 18 is required to fill out an application.  Application fee       of $50/occupant over 18 is required along with $300 Deposit (to be refunded if screening does not pass
2. Applicant must meet 2.5 times income for base rental rate.
3. Applicant must pass a criminal and credit background screening.
